Pros

Discount. Patients. Learning the ability to multitask and prioritize. Rapport amongst staff. High volume so exposed to a lot of different health conditions.

Cons

Short staffed. Micromanaged by HO. Emails every ten minutes. Conference calls where the professional staff is belittled by management. Encouraged to maximize profits at expense of patients and ethics.

Pros

The only thing that is good is some employees, the employee discount and their charity foundation.

Cons

Terrible management, bad work-to-life schedule, very disorganized with scheduling (you have to go to the store to look at the shifts)
