      Revolut has a great product CEO has a good vision on a macro level and sees new opportunities well

      Cons

      Leadership doesn’t respect nor trust marketers and takes marketing efforts and achievements for granted. The company is dominated by men. They treat people like disposable resource.

We’re proud of our ambition and of the talent of the people who join us and we respect that talent. We've had success in bringing products to market but we're keen to include new ways of achieving success so we're sorry if you felt your input wasn't valued. We don't have as many women as we'd like at senior levels yet but we're working to fix that and we try to make sure that women's voices are heard at every level of the organisation . Indeed a third of our international CEOs and our head of global authorisations are women. We wish you the best.

Revoluters have a shared ambition to reinvent how the world does money. It's a big and sometimes challenging ambition, but it should never have a negative impact on our Revoluters. Revolut has grown tremendously within a short period of time but we're still a young business deleoping new products every day. Sometimes our determination to get everything right can feel like a lot of scrutiny - but our customers need us to get things right.
