We’re proud of our ambition and of the talent of the people who join us and we respect that talent. We've had success in bringing products to market but we're keen to include new ways of achieving success so we're sorry if you felt your input wasn't valued.
We don't have as many women as we'd like at senior levels yet but we're working to fix that and we try to make sure that women's voices are heard at every level of the organisation . Indeed a third of our international CEOs and our head of global authorisations are women.

- Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail.
- Tech stack minimal.
- Large elements of favouritism.
