Pros

- Great smart colleagues - Stock options - You can learn a lot from relatively high-loaded project, if you haven't had this experience earlier - Relocation to London/Berlin - Chance to be promoted, if you work extremely hard.

Cons

- The CEO is killing his own company, and it's sad to see. The atmosphere of shaming and bulling from top management (including the CEO) and general fear of all others just eat you gradually. You either adapt and break smth inside yourself, or leave. - Ridiculous micromanagement on all levels, especially by the CEO. - Crazy deadlines and expectations from you to do overtimes don't worth the money they offer. - Because of general fear of the CEO nobody argues with him and nobody proposes anything different to his opinion. This eventually leads to huge mistakes made in the environment without any criticism, because there are no perfect people with perfect decisions, even though Nik thinks so...

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we appreciate you taking the time. We’re proud of our leadership and their drive and determination to build a financial superApp that makes life easier for all our customers. Maybe our enthusiasm sometimes runs away with us - so we’ll take your comments on board. That said, we’re constantly looking for ways to grow our leadership skills and we hope our leadership communications guidelines will help us improve in this area. We welcome feedback at every level and hope that our Town Halls, where you can feedback to our leaders directly, help address your concerns. Our ambitious targets do sometimes mean working some extra hours on particular deadlines, but we hope that our compensation fairly reflects this and this is why we’re generous with our holiday allowance. We’re sorry to hear that you’re not enjoying some aspects of your work here, and would ask that you escalate your feedback internally so that we can try and address some of your concerns.

Pros

The people you work with in your team are usually always great people.

Cons

-The Management, micromanagement at it's best. There is no trust whatsoever. Data follows you with everything, even if you're at 100% of your work, they want 150% -Hours, there are never enough hours in the day, you could work 24 hours 7 days a week and it still wouldn't be enough. -Thankless- battery hens doing the same relentless job day in, day out. No thanks, no well done , just - "Can you do more, that's not enough" -No job satisfaction - There is nothing feel good about this job. The targets are set and then changed, the bonus is set and then changed, everything to make people work harder or they are fired. A call will be put into your diary, attendees will be hidden, and when you join, it's your manager and someone from HR to tell you you've been terminated and you have 2 hours to sign the contract of "mutual agreement" and then once you have they pull the plug on your system so you don't have time to say goodbye to anyone in your team. You're out. Worst place I've ever worked in my life. Minus 100 stars, would not recommend to a friend. They employ the best people with their relentless interview process, then get rid of you like you're nothing. Shocking company. No one is happy, everyone is stressed. No one has time for anyone.

Hello, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear about your negative experience and the concerns you've raised. We want to assure you that creating a positive and supportive culture is one of our top priorities. We strive to foster an environment where our employees can thrive and feel valued. Revolut is a fast-growing and exciting business. We've achieved a lot in a very short time, and this ambitious, dynamic environment can be challenging sometimes. In our everyday work we’re driven by our values — Never Settle, Get it Done and Deliver WOW. We couldn’t call ourselves a global financial superapp today if we weren’t true to them every day for the last seven years. Our team is our most precious asset, and we never compromise on talent. We select, coach, and retain the top talent and give them all the support to achieve greatness. Our goals are discussed and agreed between line managers and employees, to make sure they’re exciting not only for the company, but for the Revoluter too. We believe that clear performance expectations help us all focus on the same priorities, and to direct teamwork effort where it's needed. We appreciate all that you've done, and wish you well in your next role. We wish you the best.
