      A complete erosion of work/life balance, with professional obligations wholly eclipsing personal life

      Pros

      The organisation benefits from a highly capable, personable and collaborative team. The atmosphere is energetic and fast-paced, offering a dynamic working environment. In addition, there are frequent social events which provide valuable opportunities to build rapport and strengthen professional relationships.

      Cons

      The workload is consistently excessive, resulting in a significant erosion of work/life balance. Overtime is commonplace and implicitly expected, irrespective of personal circumstances or wellbeing. Quarterly KPIs often appear unrealistic and contribute to a sustained level of pressure and stress. Regrettably, the considerable effort and commitment demonstrated by staff receive little acknowledgement, and dedication is frequently taken for granted.
