I’ve been working at Revolut for close to three years, and it has been a truly transformative experience. As a relatively young company—turning 11 years old in 2026—the growth continues to be extremely fast, which naturally creates many opportunities to learn and take on new challenges. During my time here, I’ve had the chance to work across three different teams, and each one gave me the opportunity to develop new skills and perspectives. Working with talented colleagues and being exposed to different problems and ways of working has helped me grow significantly, both professionally and personally. This is also the company where I’ve stayed the longest so far in my career, and I still feel there is room for me to continue growing for the next few years.
