      An employment changed my life, Revolut is the place where culture, diversity and all employees opinion valued. Company with multiple benefits not only the compensation, we have been offered internal career development, multiple courses where it will help to boost our career as well. Nothing's perfect until we experience it, it's just perfect employment which make me stick for nearly 4 yrs. Also balance my work and life time.

      I’ve been at Revolut for 18 months and was recently promoted to Manager based on the impact of my work. The culture is incredibly supportive; leadership genuinely strives to provide opportunities for everyone to shine. If you are looking for a place that offers high levels of trust and autonomy from day one, this is it.

      Cons

      The bar for excellence is incredibly high. Because of the level of autonomy and trust given, there is a significant amount of personal responsibility. It isn't a place where you can coast; you have to be comfortable being held accountable for your results.
