      Not worth the risk of joining a startup

      Fast paced culture Competitive salary

      Cons

      Joined the co. to get experience working in a startup but the culture of the company is not good. After the initial typical honeymoon period you start to see the true colors . They are very kpi oriented and just look at the numbers and don't care about the potential . One strike and you are out of the company . If you are looking for something like zero job stability and zero employee centric culture masked behind meritocratic and fast paced culture with competitive perks then this is for you . They say they value innovation but there is zero tolerance for even a single mistake.

      Revolut - A Game of Thrones

      Pros

      Decent tools to work with, relatively active work life, good benefits, decent amount of vacation time.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, especially since they do not want to admit to it but they are placing all the main operations in India just for the sake of cutting down salary and they are making things more difficult for employees in other locations so they suffer from fatigue and quit on their own. It is like Game of Thrones. Way too much politics and obvious favoritism. Many people are placed in positions they don't deserve just because they serve someone's whims whereas those who want to distance themselves from that suffer from the consequences of voicing their concerns and injustices.

      Nothing at all. Please don't join the company.

      Cons

      - your mental health will go downhill - no personal time - extreme pressure - they will terminate you anytime - no support from management - most of the managers themselves are in PIP most of the time. - The most TOXIC company ever.
