High Turnover- check out the frequency of the same role being advertised every 9 months...talented employees leave for better opportunities, resulting in constant staff turnover. Instability, fear and distrust- a lack of gratitude and constant overworking creates an environment where employees feel exploited and distrustful of leadership. Workers feel compelled to prioritise self-preservation over teamwork. Burnout-excessive demands without acknowledgment lead to physical and emotional exhaustion. Burnout reduces productivity, creativity, and overall workplace satisfaction. Fear of Criticism and failure- this discourages workers from taking risks, suggesting improvements, or leading with innovation. Reputation- Word of mouth about poor treatment spreads quickly, the company’s reputation is poor making it harder to attract and retain skilled talent.
