Anyone can learn to work under pressure with the worst leader in world

Cons

1) forget family life 2) Top management is probably good but at national level the managers are good politicians 3) No value of hard work 4) Incentives also .. may be ur boss wont sign the paper or someone will delete ur entries from gmail sheet.. so that is also not sure if u will get it or not. 5) Immediate Boss is god if he is not letting anyone stay in company.. & every one knows he is politician .. even then no one has problem with that. he can play with the careers f people

Cons

No transparency, Internal politics, no clear incentive calculation process and incentive payouts being delayed by years. HR team lacks employee engagement intention.
