It's actually scam. They have existing customer base from whom they already get revenue. They are simply hiring to show to management they are putting efforts to get new business. After 6 months probation period, they remove everyone. I joined in July 2021, along with me some 12 people joined. They removed everyone. Its a complete scam. So if you're ready to waste some 6 months time, you can join.

Cons

Till 6 months they keep everything smooth. After that they will make you resign.

1. Poor Work distribution 2. In this world, when company's are moving towards 4 days a week, this company still operates at 6 days a week for management staff, which has no contribution on saturday 3. Poor compensation, way below the industry standards

Absolutely nothing. Only the boot lickers are supported

Cons

A long list can be written but I'll mention a few. No Increment, max 1 to 2k a month only when you get promoted. If you do exactly as the few ppl on top says your job is safe or they will create an environment to push you out. No Ethics in the organization at all.
