1.everything depends on BM only..if BM can stop our incentive and he can give low rating in yearly PDR(kpi) intentionally ...no one will ask from CO like other MNC's that's very bad 2.if you choose this industry for work, no one will give preference for this experience

Absolutely nothing. Only the boot lickers are supported

Cons

A long list can be written but I'll mention a few. No Increment, max 1 to 2k a month only when you get promoted. If you do exactly as the few ppl on top says your job is safe or they will create an environment to push you out. No Ethics in the organization at all.
