      Pros

      Before JV the working atmosphere and job satisfaction is good. But after JV with Rentokil its getting worse day by day.

      Cons

      Real performers and profit makers are not getting increment. The people who doesn't know about the industry making strategy. Not able to fulfill the commitment to the customers.

      There is a lot of ego problem among the back office staff. You are most of the time on the road. The back of staff treat the sales guys as a piece of dirt., They don't respect you at all. They've got no understanding
