Pros
Decent starting pay, not much moving around for certain people, paid holidays. You will appreciate life so much more after leaving.
Cons
Roaches, bed bugs, bottom of the barrel customers, fraudulent management, little to no raises, unrealistic expectations. The job comes with a case of depression for most of the people I've worked with.
