Pros

The pro is that you receive a paycheck

Cons

-leadership : Upper Management has poor communication skills coupled with unrealistic expectations of staff . - high turn over : the store was fully staffed for a total of 30 days in 6 month period -they lie about the position as ALL store associates are expected to deliver and repossess furniture including but not limited to living room sets , washing machines , bedroom sets , etc - stores are not clean ; several break room appliances cannot be used due to bug infestations - District Managers and store managers frequently have conversations about employees in front of other lower level employees who shouldn’t be privy to such conversations . Gossip and rumors can all be stemmed back to this -NO WORK/LIFE BALANCE AT ALL
