ok job, but not a career move

Pros

Well known and established company that offers stability and an oppurtunity for growth. Offers ok benefits, but could do better.

Cons

A lot of heavy lifting of furniture and tv's. Advancement oppurtunities are limited due to a glut of middle managers with some seniority just waiting around for their turn to be promoted. Females are given the office jobs, while males are sent out to make deliveries. This limits males knowledge of store procedures that are required for advancement.

None of the managers did ANY work at ALL only the cars did ALL the calls ALL the runs ALL the deliveries it was ridiculous
