Pros

Good room for advancement. Pay is pretty good for what it's worth

Cons

They work the dog crap out of you, never tell you what a good job you done, but a re braking their necks to be the first to tell you what you did wrong.

Pros

Decent pay, my office had great coworker and a great manager when I first started, but that quickly ended when the manager resigned. The new manager was a total prick. He insulted my coworkers and myself and had no care for whatever family any one had.

Cons

Management, wages, benefits, repossessions, terrible work vehicles, extreme hours for the type of job, and las but not least they say they care about family but did not show it in the office I worked out of.

Pros

Getting paid every week on Friday. Receiving a pay increase automatically without a review every 6 months. the company is very quick to promote you. Which also looks good on your resume. Id say that you can become a store manager within 6-7 months

Cons

Having to work a mandatory 50 hour a week work schedule. With mandatory Saturdays. Your schedule requires you to work form open to close 9am-8pm. It really depends on how the day or week is going. That determines of you have to stay an extra hour to do telemarketing calls. In my case i have Tuesdays and Sundays off. The store is closed on Sundays. Ive been with rac for 3 years now. When i first started i was an account manager. The job required me to council the customers about making payments on time and if i had no contact with the customer I'm required to pay a visit out to the home or if not the job! Oh by the way I'm a female! That can get pretty dangerous at times. I have had customers threaten me, curse me out. Also i almost forgot to mention we deliver merchandise also. Man or Woman it don't matter. That's what the job requires. If you have a family be prepared to not even see them. I'm so serious this job takes up so much of your time its crazy. I have worked with people that are now going through relationship problems. One i know of got a divorce. This job isn't for everybody!
