Pros

Employees get paid week and closed on Sundays.

Cons

Not enough personal time to spend with family and you have the beg and plead to take vacation when you need it. Company has no intent to provide quality family time for its coworkers even though they claim to provide a quality of life for employees.

Pros

well kept and very clean facility get paid evry week

Cons

below average pay for qualified technicians, benefits are terriable , u get 2 sick days for the year . come on !!!- medical terriable with high premiuns and with very co-pays. Many people opt to not have medical coverage because it is close to worthless. they did not explain to me their benefits package-they were always vague about IT, after i started i realized why. they will lie to u to get u in the door promised me a raise after 90 days. 90 days came and went, asked what happened they said "we never said that ". u get no respect, u are treated as a uneducated blue color worker that does not have any please else to work have been in this line of work for 25 years worked at several large national companies and i must say this was my worst experience ever, No trainning what so ever, in the tv/appliance repair businnes trainning is a must, that is how u keep up with ever changing technology. this is the only company that looks down on trainning they think is a sign of weakness. O yes their favorite saying if u mention anything about trainning is ' u are just making excuses no to do your job". My every first day at the job my "Lead" brought me to my bench handed me a bunch of service orders and walked way. Did not show me anything, my bench did not even had power, one of the other techs was kind enough to spend some of his time looking for an extension cord. the leads are clueles, the management team if you want to call them that, LOARD OVER YOU WITH A SUBSERVIENT ATTITUDE. they only care about numbers, they do not care about you, your familf life, O yes this is my favorite story about this place, one guy i used to work with was writen up anf threaten with being fired because his son was a out of school due to the weather the governor had even declared a state of emergency. O yes the threat of being fired is always in the air peolpe always looking over their shoulders. Any technician out there thinking about joinning this sos company IF U HAVE A JOB DO NOT COME TO WORK FOR company. RUN, RUN RUN AWAY JUST LIKE BAMBI- I DO NOT LOOK BACK ANY OF YOU KIDS GRADUATING FROM COLLEGE OR TECH SCHOOL--DO NOT TAKE A JOB AT THIS COMPANY. IT WILL TURN YOU IN TO A MISERABLE PERSON IN NO TIME AT ALL.
