Pros
Pay was good because you get 10 hours of overtime every week. In a large city you have room for advancement.
Cons
I joined rac with a strong sales background, that is not really needed here. They want you to do one man deliveries. At best it is unprofessional, at worst it is unsafe. It encourages people to try and lift more than they should so they can make the delivery and get back. It is unprofessional to make someone wait for a couple of hours for a delivery only to find that when the truck shows up it only has one person and they end up not able to do the delivery themselves and either expect the homeowner to help or come back another day with two people. Work here if you must but do not think this is a good career choice
