Responsive and pleasant corporate associates (Plano, TX).

Cons

Uncommon ways of doing some tasks (unheard of practices in other businesses), causes some some confusion for new employees. Some management flaws, poor control in some areas, excessive in others. Unlike any other business I have worked for. (service division, not retail).

Cons

Angry customers. Exposed to the elements(weather). Not family oriented. EXTREMELY UNFLEXIBLE. LONG HOURS. Can be a lot of driving.
