Poor Managment

Pros

Simple work, Survivable pay, Time off

Cons

While I was there, my job title was Part-Time Delivery Specialist (PDS). However, I was expected to do the job of every other position there including call credit, make cold sales calls, make floor sales and my own job. This would not be a problem except for I was not getting paid the same amount as the people I was doing to jobs of. On top of all of that, the management is a joke. Intimidating, over-bearing, micromanaging, manipulative. Not a good place to work

Pros

Has patience on its IT implementation demonstrated in SIMS and ERP rollouts

Cons

The top leadership CEO, COO, CPO, CMO, CFO all have been fired. It lacks leadership at the top and vision and its implementation is in a limbo. Currently has had 2 rounds of lay-offs at Home office. If the performance doesn't pick up more lay-offs can't be ruled out
