Pros

Weekly paycheck, plenty of incentives like lunches, PTO. Decent pay for no college degree, great position for self starter. Decent employee purchase program, items are about same price as big box stores but they allow you to pay weekly on items.

Cons

Long hours, not enough people in stores to carry out high amounts of work. Things keep getting added to already inundated schedules. Too much pressure to sell to poor quality clientele who in turn become credit issues which causes added pressure by management. Changes to schedule in order to cut possibility of OT.

Personnel are busy bodies, manipulative and deceitful and management allows it to continue.

Paid weekly that's about the only pro I have for this company.

Cons

No work life balance even though they say they want you to have it.a lot of puppeteer talking.pay stinks responsible for someone to come in and pay for merchandise in this economy and then pay there bill on time. No sympathy for customers.dms and rds are lying pieces of cap they are just out for them selves all the while looking for your replacement.when you ask for time off you better go on fmla leave cuz they don't want to give it to you
