I've met a lot of nice customers that have been very loyal. Weekly pay is a plus. Sunday's off is great.

Cons

unrealistic sales goals from management, my job is constantly threatened which is not a sales motivator. Customers are badgered constantly with sales promotions.

Pay and Co-workers that's about it. There's no work to family compromise. It's better if you don't have kids or a wife

Hours..unrealistic standards..no loyalty to hard working employees. Loosing holidays off one by one. No home time. Say they are family oriented...lies!!!
