pays good, 1 hr lunch, thats the only two things.

Cons

unprofessional staff, long hours no off time barley, VERY DANGEROUS guns pulled dogs sent out to attack you angry people wanting to attack you and cuss you out. Overall the job isnt worth it for the pay. they want you be be something you arent and go above and beyond over your head for there own faults and thats unacceptable. AND ITS ALL A BIG SCAM YOU SELL HIGH PRICED STUFF TO GET PEOPLES MONEY AND THREATEN TO GET THERE STUFF OR THEY PAY YOU TO GET YOUR NUMBERS. Just my opinion stay far away you cant protect yourself if something happens.

If you're into Interaction with Customers you'll find plenty of opportunities at RentACenter. Pros are extremely limited a few to mention.

Cons

Unreachable goals. Short staffing in over 60% of Stores. Success requires 60+ hours for which you are not paid if you're a Store Manager. Off day taken away if Collection goals are not met. Surrounded by disgruntled and unmotivated employees.
