Pros

I am sure there are some pros but I can not think of any at the moment. The hours changed from 50 hours to 40. That was good.

Cons

Long hours, no help, management would do it " how they want it done" not by policy. One minute they tell you to work with your customers the next they tell you to pick up the merchandise, then they get mad if you have returns.

Pros

At least I got paid for it.

Cons

These people expect you to be Batman and hunt down customers new addresses when a customer moves with your merchandise. They give you unhelpful tools to do your job when youre trying to collect, and once youve "followed the process" they want you to go out of your way to help get back overpriced, used furniture and electronics. What is the point of having "Petty Cash" in the store if we have to wait three weeks for a check from Texas to file legally on a customer who will charge off by the time the check reaches the store, And then IF the check reaches the store, it has bad information on it and can't be used.
