Too many meetings The trainings don t train you for "real" problems wich you ll face up with. The managers especially are not verry technical thinking persons and don t understand the project's main problems.

Old and rooted company wşth more than 120 years of experience. Own its own culture.

Cons

Salaries are really bad according to other companies. No future planning for employees except 1-2 favorites. Always tries to take advantage of their employees when something bad happens such as economical crisis or Covid19 etc
