IBM's white brand

Pros

Work/life balance and remote options. Though they are actively asking people to come back to the office. It used to be a great company. Some of it is still around in some colleges, but it will become just an IBM subsidiary soon if nothing changes. Look at IBM's glassdoor page if you want to know more about the Red Hat culture.

Cons

This is just another big American corporation. For the good and the bad. Last couple of years we have gone to multiple cuts, layoffs and a change in priorities that has made the best people to leave. You put a huge dose of corporate BS on the top of it and you have the current Red Hat.
