      I don't see any pros of the company

      Cons

      Leadership is terrible. They have no clue what they are doing. If you don't know your rights you will get nothing after lay offs. They do layoff if they go organzation changing end of the quarter. Don't expect any promotion/salary increase unless you are native english speaker
