Pros

It says a lot when the only Pro I can come up with is free snacks. The pay can be generous albeit short lived.

Cons

Management is able to go rouge. No polices in place to protect employees from a bad manager. Take "Right to Work State" too literally with no respect for employee well being. People tend to "disapper" not a positive work environment.

Pros

Products are fantastic Most of the people are great, competent, skilled Flexible schedule Work from home

Cons

IBM is taking over Management no longer cares about their people - they are cutting costs (to meet shareholder pressure) by making working there unbearable (so not laying off per say), but there are no salary increases, everything is scrutinized People are just numbers now that need to be reduced Morale is at an all time low Trust issues with management

Pros

- Work / life balance - Remote

Cons

Leadership does not exist. You have people managers that refuse to do the simplest form of management. Trust is at an all-time low. Management is completely disconnected from reality and what it takes for the organization to be successful. Constant organizational changes. Silent layoffs, limited to no hiring, limited or no upward mobility. Compensation is a joke. Salaries are below industry. If your commission check is incorrect you're on your own to fix it and your quota can be increased for any reason AFTER the year ends. Promotions are a popularity contest and not at all based on knowledge, skill and performance. Racism and harassment are promoted by senior leaders and employees that report it are disregarded by HR.
