      Open, fun environment. Casual. People are passionate about the brand and their job. Plenty of opportunities to grow in the role and beyond.

      Cons

      Sometimes the 'open' culture can be challenging. The tendencies for open feedback, sharing and collaborating, great as they are, might also make projects and processes difficult to manage and move forward.
