Pros

(1) Was mentored well by senior engineers. Good collaboration (2) Software decisions are documented - often asked for inputs and feedback (3) Recent projects like Ansible etc make it a very exciting growth opportunity (4) Regular technology sessions and meetups on Red Hat technologies and OpenStack (5) Good team meetings

Cons

(1) Salary cycle and increases are unpredictable (2) Too much information is available and making sense is almost impossible (3) Would like to have more frequent discussions with HR and team (4) Site provides not enough facilities in terms of relaxation (5) Senior developers play favorites - that is known to everyone but no one says anything
