Red Hat is losing sight of their actual useful products as they attempt to grow as a company, and part of the attempts to shift some expensive also-rans to the forefront has been an amount of chaos in management. Also the recruiters will just straight up lie to you about benefits; get everything in writing.

Superb cultural, open environment The newly constructed buildings are top offices in the country People are open-minded, welcoming and politically correct

Cons

Money MONEY! The super nice, always politically correct environment is very unique. I'm sure I will struggle outside RH to adjust the more common environment, where people give you all kinds of BS in your face.
