      Relatively flexible schedule Phenomenal coworkers Perk of free Red Bull

      Cons

      -poorly selected/under qualified leaders on all levels. -Lack of communication from leadership with no consistency or follow thru in corporate policy -No accountability from any position -IT and HR are inaccessible making problems impossible to address -Physical and verbal harassment are common during missions, but little to no action is ever taken as management has the "old boys club" mentality.
