Pros

Flexible hours as a Student Brand Manager and the freedom to use ones own creativity. Also very flexible hours as a Wings Team Member, and you make great friends! Pay is great, events are awesome and everyone around you loves the brand and encourages you to become a better person.

Cons

Hard getting in, hard to move up also as there are very few positions in each market available.

Pros

A lot of your co-workers can make going to work a little less taxing.

Cons

Terrible Management. Long hours, if you don't work at least 60 hours then you're considered lazy and aren't doing enough. If you get done at a relative early time every day, management will never help you in the field and you're left to do everything yourself. Turnover is awful. Since leaving last summer they have 3 ASMs left from when I was there. I worked there for 4 years and excluding the District Sales Managers and Branch Manager there were only 2 people that still worked there from when I started and that's including warehouse employees. Commission based on whether you hit your sales goal or not. My route was required to sell over 1,000 more cases on average than some other routes. Which means I'm pulling over 1000 more cases off my truck, stocking and selling than other ASMs but I was getting paid the same as the other person. Also, don't hit your goal to much...you'll just screw yourself over next month and the same month next year.

Pros

Monday through Friday Benefit and vacation packages are great Brand image

Cons

High turnover due to high demands Not enough pay for such demands If you use personal days you will be scrutinized Management will ask that you overload accounts If you overload in May and miss plan in June, management has already forgotten that you went above and beyond. What have you done for me lately attitude.
