The only con is being able to manage your time to complete schoolwork and the work for Red Bull

Great benefits from a medical/dental/PTO perspective. Monday - Friday schedule which is huge.

Cons

No work life balance, 5a start until whenever done. Working over 65 hours weekly. Constantly running routes due to very high ASM turnover. Not able to do job as hired for.
