      Great place to develop in your role. Great benefits. Flexibility when it comes to day to day work style and management. Full autonomy to create and drive plans forward for the business. Strong team collaboration at local level.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity. Leadership and Global leadership made up of predominantly white males. Company is "a political" they never take a stance on any type of socially conscious issues.

      Free Red Bull, cool brand

      Cons

      Absurd sales goals, all problems and management never offers way to overcome these problems. It is only worth it if you hit volume, which becomes increasingly difficult as you slam all of your accounts.
