Pros

Pay is good not great. Benefits are top notch, and the culture is definitely a plus. You get to work with different people from different walks of life and it's very inclusive. There are also great career opportunities if you're willing to work for them.

Cons

There is a lack of work life balance. There are opportunities to better the bonus structure. We represent a premium brand, but that will sometimes cause us to be too proud to go a different path.

Pros

Awesome company and people within. Benefits include: Free Red Bull, access to thousands of resources, and a solid resume builder.

Cons

Tough to make it to the next level. The job is an all day, everyday deal, it becomes part of your life. I believe pay should be more.
