      Pros

      It's a growing startup, this is good for get a lot of experience and the environment between developers is so good and friendly.

      Cons

      Any perks for developers. Bad salary evaluations. Normally It lie about when the developers will get a pay rise. A lot of extra hours/work without any compensation, any kind of pay. It say to developers about future good things that never arrive, only for keep on the hope. Poor attendance by HR.

      Pros

      Rappi has potential like very few other start-ups in Latin America. When offered a seat in a rocket ship, one should take it. There´s this feeling that the Company is building something truly new and unique, which is simply inspiring. Top management is very talented. Exponential growth leaves tons of space for personal and professional growth opportunities

      Cons

      Culture is demanding and will require the best of you. If you are not interested in a challenge or want to be home by 5pm, this is probably not the company for you. Exponential growth has led to some disorder.
