      – Huge opportunities to grow fast – Great people in the team – You are growing the most innovative startup in Latam so you feel you are taking an active role in solving the social situation within the region – Managers identify talent and hard work really fast and help you out to grow in the company

      Cons

      – Sometimes you need to work some extra hours – No much benefits besides the salary, so try to get a good deal

      Great place to learn how to execute things without depending on others. Great company to learn on how to work under pressure. Working for the greater good. Giving thousands of unemployed people an opportunity to have an income. Getting to work closely with the CEO.
