      - Learning - Getting out of the comfort zone - Giving an extra mille for projects - Your ideas are taking in consideration regardless of your position - Work from anywhere policy -Career path guaranteed

      Cons

      - Yes you'll learn but alone. They expect you to find all solutions with out giving you the tools; in most of the cases, nobody guides you in a proper way. - The culture is complex, and is not for everybody. You need to create your way here - Salaries are not fair, also the salary reviews will have a increase of only the 20% 30% max - Very disorganized way of work, it can turn chaotics some times which makes you work harder
