Pros

Growing StartUp, with new things to do every week. Unicorn Status. Number one, two or three in most markets. Great for upgrading your CV and learn about hyper growth and fast execution, but do not stay more than one year.

Cons

Cut-throat environment. Culture is awful. Management always says that the priorities are = First: the Company, Second: The Team, Third: other teams, last: You. Who would like to work for a company that always tell you that employees are not important? Veeery long working hours, and they expect you to work 24/7. A lot of politics games. You could get hired today, buy you could be laid off as soon as tomorrow because there is no structure strategy, only short term (weekly) goals and numbers. No benefits, none. You will not be happy here.

Pros

A lot of learning Growing environment Competitive Salary

Cons

The culture is so bad, I used to work from 8 am to 8 pm and if you leave before, they looked at you as a bad employee, they make you work during the weekends, almost every weekend I had to do something, Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, every day no matter what. I saw a lot of times the founders yelling badly at employees, because of some mistake or any other thing, fortunately never happened to me but saw a lot of friends suffering it. There's always an urgent need to deliver things even if they're low quality, that's why the app has so many user complaints. They even used to do unloyal stuff against UberEats and Domicilios.com, like telling people to create fake accounts and ask for x product on discount so that the product got delivered to nobody and they lose that money and many other similar/horrible things. They love to hire guys from Venezuela because they don't complain about any of these things.

Don´t believe me. Ask a friend before entering this company

Pros

You end up learning a lot, because of all the hard work that is needed here.

Cons

These people don´t see you as a person. Don´t believe me, ask someone else. I am just gonna say: before entering Rappi ALWAYS ask for advice, from someone you trust and that no longer works there. If the person is a current employee, there is the possibility that he/she is hiring you just because a lot of people from their area recently quit and he/she will get blamed if he/she doesn´t find the replacements in time.
