Pros

If your only motivation in life is making money, Randstad is for you.

Cons

Very sleezy company. I worked at Randstad for two years. All that Randstad cares about is the bottom line. They have no interest in people, internal or external. Very much a micromanaging atmosphere. Must work long hours. Positions are classified as exempt, when they should be nonexempt. Managers coach their employees to work against each other, rather than work as a team. There is a lot of bickering that goes on internally, lying to clients, etc.

Pros

The training is very thorough; twelve weeks long. But you do earn your way to the final week of training at HQ. Lots of internal contests for prizes and gift cards.

Cons

Very stressful as a staffing consultant that works a full desk because there is never enough time to dedicate to either recruiting or selling. Most of your day is spent on the phone screening calls for people looking for work.

Pros

I have nothing good to say about Randstad

Cons

Very stressful environment, management only cares about numbers and not helping and improving a positive work environment!
