      Pros

      None. Think twice before becoming a recruiter in the Tampa office.

      Cons

      Employees receive no training and are expected to meet the same goals as those who have been there for 5+ years. There is little to no promotional opportunities nor are employees treated with respect or value. Seems to work as a recruiting sweatshop. God forbid someone wants to leave at 5pm instead of 5:30 to take their child trick-or-treating... they will be looked down upon and ridiculed for leaving early. Lunch breaks are non-existent and it is overall a very uncomfortable working environment

      not a place to stay long-term

      Pros

      Friendly team for the most part. High integrity culture. Hard-workers. General attitude is "get it done right".

      Cons

      Co-founder and current head of company has a her way or the highway leadership style. She does not like to be challenged. Classic micromanager. She constantly goes on how much she are "encourages" debate and open dialogue, but has zero use for it. Not trusting - seems to question other's motives with people burning out as net result.

      Found me off of Dice. They were desperate, so I got the job pretty easily.

      Cons

      Was promised overtime by my actual boss ; Randstad [then Technisource] wouldn't pay and yet had no qualms taking at least $5 off the top of every hour. Horrible pay, terrible benefits. Forgotten once my contract ended. Absolute sham and disgrace. Was promised I would be re-hired. No one ever had any real intention of that. Absolute users and frauds.
