None. Think twice before becoming a recruiter in the Tampa office.
Cons
Employees receive no training and are expected to meet the same goals as those who have been there for 5+ years. There is little to no promotional opportunities nor are employees treated with respect or value. Seems to work as a recruiting sweatshop. God forbid someone wants to leave at 5pm instead of 5:30 to take their child trick-or-treating... they will be looked down upon and ridiculed for leaving early. Lunch breaks are non-existent and it is overall a very uncomfortable working environment
