      Good commission structure Good for someone starting in Recruitment, they have a solid onboarding program. Great to see first hand why big recruiters have such a bad name I had 5 job offers when I was looking at leaving and everyone of them mentioned the training that consultants are provided - try stick it out for 18 months!

      Prepare to be micro managed like never before Bad managers will destroy your confidence and tear you down Every single team has their own cliche group They don't exit interview their employees They are so sales driven they don't care about their candidates or clients, it's all about making money
