- People are worked into the ground
- Disgusting lack of integrity in management.
- Managers are "Do what I say not what I do" - Not inspiring or what I would consider a competent manager.
- They had a lot to say about what NOT to do but didn't actually provide any coaching that was specific to my role.
- When new people came on board they would come to me for coaching not the manager because managers are too busy being "higher" than everyone else.
- Refusal to honour verbal agreements including pay rises.
- Did not encourage autonomy or trust their employees to do their job - Micro management must be a pre-requisite for managers.
- You were expected to be a robot - I was not allowed to spend too long on calls as it was reducing my KPI's. It's quantity not quality which results in a huge lack of customer care.
