      Workload is extremely unachievable and there is a lot of pressure put you on individually. The targets feel impossible to hit and getting a promotion seems a million years away! No incentives and commission not competitive. There is not enough support to enable you to hit KPIs and the amount of different targets given is ridiculous. Micromanagement here is awful - be prepared for meetings all day to discuss every single thing you’ve done. Doesn’t feel like much trust or autonomy is given at all. The desks are not warm at all.

      Cons

      No benefits. Terrible pay (barely minimum). No staff support. Constant gaslighting. Devalues college and graduate education. Unprofessional upper management.
