Great location, close knit team. Managers give you high level of responsibility from the outset.

Cons

Very corporate. Expectation is to work outside of contracted hours in order to show dedication to the role. No work/life balance and expectations of the senior management do not take into account employee well-being.

Cons

They do not care about you. They talk about mental health like it means something but when it comes to actions they do nothing. There was no progression, they just kept saying work harder and do more but there was nothing.
