Pros

Great company overall that invests in its staff. Training is on and off desk and you do feel that you are achieving.

Cons

Manchester office SMR office is run by bullies who believe a fear based approach works best. Listening to your colleagues been torn apart on a daily basis does nothing for office morale, explains the high turnover of staff. Unprofessional senior management who think it's acceptable to ignore you completely , shout at you and talk down to you.

Interviewer Lies to Get You to Take Job

Benefits are terrible - "minimum required by federal law" terrible. They really, really stretch the truth when it comes to talking about how long your contract will be, or whether the companies you're stationed at are hiring or not (I was at one for almost a year that had a hiring freeze the entire time from months before I started - during the interview the interviewer told me they "hired people into (the company) from Randstad all the time") There was also mandatory weekend overtime, which I was assured was NOT going to happen from the interviewer. I took the job BECAUSE weekends were off.

They have no value, no ethics and they care just about money. They would do anything for money. They would ask their employees to do anything if they can earn money. Sometimes we were asked to prevent people from getting a job for more than a year. They do not care if it is good or not, they just care about money.
