      Pros

      Incredible support and direction, especially for those joining the Associate programme. It is the best training programme I have seen in any company. The main trainer I worked with, Rohan, was especially supportive. Outside of the trainers, the team I have worked with have gone above and beyond to Relaxed Atmosphere, not corporate at all despite the size of the company Great work/life balance, incredibly social office Generous benefits Even met the CEO Mark Bull for a Q&A session during induction week

      Genuinely nothing that I can think of so far. At most, the desk I have has a bit of a wobble.

Good feedback on the 1st day of our induction week - we've made some changes and our new induction week will be less presentation based!

      They say a society is judged by how they treat their elders. A company is judged by how they treat their tenured staff. Lots of people with seniority are packaged out to make room for new staff making less money. Maximize your RRSP contributions Take advantage of education subsidy
